Jin Cheng, a national leading talent in press and publishing industry, Deputy Director of the Animation & Comic   Committee of China Artists Association, Chairman of Guangdong Cartoonists Association, together with his company, Guangzhou Comicfans Culture Co., Ltd., mobilized local cartoonists, including winner of international comics awards Ba Wang, to create single caricatures or comic strips on the much-concerned issues, such as epidemic preventive measures, medical workers fighting on the frontline, and aids from other cities to Wuhan.
